We make orders ready for collection or delivery on every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
We are a small team making fresh food from scratch every day and require 7 days pre-order. For keeping the service up to our high standards, you can only order on the website between 7 and 14 days. If you wish to order with a longer notice, please get in contact with us, and we will put through the order for you.
When we enter an order manually, the payment option is on your ‘my account` page if you have already an existing account with us. If you are a guest instead, you will receive a payment link to your email address that will lead you to our website page where you can securely pay.
We deliver within 7 miles from Woodford Green. Available dates will be automatically shown on the calendar when placing an order.
We’ll be at your doorstep between 11:00 and 12:30 on the delivery day. If for unforeseen reasons we won’t be able to get to you in time, we will inform you as soon as possible and, we will arrange with you an alternative suitable time.
We’re happy to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please let us know by mentioning it in the note section while checking out. As per our T&C, we won’t be taking responsibility for goods left in unsupervised places. At the moment, our collections time is between 17:30 – 19:30 on the selected day. We’re working to extend the pickup time and hope to implement this very soon.

All our food from scratch using only fresh ingredients. Each of our products can be consumed within 2 days from delivery and are suitable for freezing up to 3 months. We will send our Storing and serving instructions via email once your order is confirmed.
Unfortunately, none of our meat is Halal. We offer a good variety of vegetarian/vegan options. As we try to meet all dietary requirements, If you require to substitute one of our products with Halal meat, kindly get in contact with via the Contact Us section us before placing an order. We’ll do our best for making it happen.
Things can happen at all the time so, if there’s the need for cancelling or amending an order, we ask for 4 days notice. More information available on our Terms of the Service page.

The main 14 allergens are highlighted in the product description. We ask to answer a mandatory question when ordering before checking out. Although we clean and sanitize our kitchen thoroughly, we handle in our kitchen most of the main 14 allergens. If you aren’t sure about a product or have any questions, kindly Contact Us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we don’t have gluten-free pasta on our menu. If you’re coeliac, we still have options for you. We do have gluten-free products we use for our catering/private chefs service. Contact Us for more info.

We work in an environment in which we adhere to health and safety measures at all times and, our delivery is contact-free.
As we state on our signature menus, dishes are suitable for changes in the case of allergens or dietary requirements. Please do Contact Us before purchasing the menu from our website as suitable alternatives need pre-agreements.
